We send prizes all over the world, with a few exceptions.  This will become more clear shortly on the contest pages; you can also see who previous winners are by going to the Contest Winners page.  We'll be including a location of each user on the page.  If you live in the United States, it will just show what state you are from.  If you live somewhere else, it will include the state equivalent and the country.

By writing letters to the participants in any particular contest; we randomly pick a winner from the batch of letters received during the time frame of the prize in question.  All of this is detailed on individual contest pages.
